拉爾夫·米利班德（英語：Ralph Miliband；1924年1月7日—1994年5月21日），英國波蘭猶太裔馬克思主義理論家、社會學家，生於比利時布魯塞爾工人家庭，1940年，為躲避納粹迫害而舉家移民英國，就讀於英國倫敦政經學院，博士導師為哈羅德·拉斯基，參與左翼政治，在馬克思墓前表示要致力於社會主義事業。第二次世界大戰中，在英國皇家海軍中服役。1946年，定居倫敦。1948年，成為英國公民。1960年代，成為英國新左翼運動知名成員，對蘇聯、東歐等社會主義國家政府持批判態度，曾就馬克思主義理論和資本主義批判進行著述。兒子埃德·米利班德、戴維·米利班德為英國工黨知名政治家[8]。學生有格拉漢姆·阿倫、塞爾索·阿莫里姆。他是工具馬克思主義的代表人物[9][10]。
