志賀毒素(英語:Shiga toxin,簡寫為STX)是由志賀氏菌屬等細菌所分泌的外毒素,由α和β亞基組合而成,位於細菌基因組原噬菌體[1],這一蛋白最早由志賀潔發現[2]。過去常把大腸桿菌分泌的志賀毒素稱為志賀樣毒素Shiga-like toxinSLT),但現在這一詞已不常用,能產生志賀毒素的大腸桿菌有O157:H7型O104:H4型[3][4][5]
